Our Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24-hour notice for all cancellations. Failure to cancel an appointment and/or no-shows will result in a requirement to pay 50% of the scheduled service. Any services scheduled for 90 minutes or longer will require a $50 non-refundable deposit. There will be no exceptions made to this policy, and future appointments will not be scheduled until the fee is paid.
