Her favorite treatments to perform are sclerotherapy, perfecting lips, and smoothing out those wrinkles with Botox!

Kassidy loves spending time at the beach, soaking up the sun, and hanging out with her friends and family. Her unique blend of creativity and technical expertise makes her a dynamic force both in the classroom and in the field!

Meet Emma! A passionate licensed esthetician and laser technician, Emma is dedicated to helping her clients feel their best, inside and out. With a deep understanding of skincare and the lates in laser technology, she combines expert knowledge with a personalized touch to create glowing results . When she's not busy at work, Emma enjoys exploring the outdoors with her two dogs. A lover of travel, she's constantly inspired by new places, cultures, and experiences.

Meet Baylor! She graduated from Tennessee Tech in 2022 with a communication degree, then moved to Nashville to train at Aveda to become a licensed esthetician. She started seeing patients at SkinDeep in summer 2024. She loves baking, traveling to new places, and spending time with her family and friends. She is super excited about growing her client base and helping her hometown to feel beautiful in their skin!

Originally from Nashville, Ashley now proudly calls Cookeville home. As the new office manager, she’s excited to bring her energy and warmth to the team! Known for her funky, groovy earrings and friendly smile, Ashley loves getting to know clients and making everyone feel welcome. Outside of work, you’ll find her exploring new places and soaking up all the hidden gems the area has to offer.

He has been in practice for about 40 years. He specializes in women's health. His hobbies include riding motorcycles and traveling with his wife, Stephenie. He also loves anything and everything about history. What he loves to do around here is support the team in everything we do!

Driven by a passion to help others look and feel their best, Leah is excited to lead SkinDeep into its next chapter, honoring the strong foundation built by the Pippins while bringing fresh energy and vision to the spa. Originally from Maryville, Leah earned her BS from UTK, followed by an MBA in International Business and a Culinary Arts degree. Leaving behind a corporate career, she is excited to use her background in strategic business development to pursue entrepreneurship. In her free time, Leah enjoys hosting, exploring new restaurants, spending time outdoors, traveling, and sharing quality time with loved ones.
