Meet Steph! Stephenie has been in practice for 17 years. She is family oriented and loves traveling around the world. A fun fact about Stephenie is that she is also a photographer! Her favorite treatments to perform are sclerotherapy, perfecting lips, and smoothing out those wrinkles with Botox!

Meet Dr. Pippin! He has been in practice for about 40 years. He specializes in women's health. His hobbies include riding motorcycles and traveling with his wife, Stephenie. He also loves anything and everything about history. What he loves to do around here is support the team in everything we do!

Brandon Loftis, Office Manager Licensed Esthetician/Laser Tech
Meet our Skin Guru, Brandon! Brandon’s cherished things include his family, his 3 poodles, his church life, singing, and traveling. He has 18 years of experience in the skincare industry. A couple of skincare treatments he gets excited to perform are micro-needling and chemical peels. Brandon’s favorite part of his career is getting the privilege to build loyal relationships with his guests and helping improve their self image through amazing skincare treatments, with much laughter along the way!

Known for her signature funky, groovy earrings, she’s always rocking unique styles that reflect her creative spirit. She’s passionate about her work and finds the most joy in helping others—whether it’s greeting customers with a warm smile or offering a listening ear. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and she’s always ready to brighten someone’s day.

Meet Kass! She’s a senior in college majoring in Marketing with a minor in Science. Alongside her studies, she works as a laser technician here at Skindeep. Kassidy loves spending time at the beach, soaking up the sun, and hanging out with friends and family. Her unique blend of creativity and technical expertise makes her a dynamic force both in the classroom and in the field!

Meet Emma! A passionate licensed esthetician and certified laser technician, Emma is dedicated to helping her clients feel their best, inside and out. With a deep understanding of skincare and the latest in laser technology, she combines expert knowledge with a personalized touch to create glowing results. When she's not busy at work, Emma enjoys exploring the outdoors with her two dogs. A lover of travel, she’s constantly inspired by new places, cultures, and experiences.
Baylor Johnston
Licensed Esthetician
Meet Baylor! She graduated from Tennessee Tech in 2022 with a communication degree, then moved to Nashville to train at Aveda to become a licensed esthetician. She started seeing patients at Skin Deep in summer 2024. She loves baking, traveling to new places and spending time with her family and friends. She is super excited about growing her client base and helping her hometown to feel beautiful in their skin!
